Malayan Pineapple Salad with Tomatoes

6 large, firm tomatoes, peeled
1/2 c. crushed or chopped pineapple
1/2 c. shrimp
1/2 c. mayonnaise
lettuce or watercress
Cut a small hole in each tomato and scoop out the inside. Mix all remaining ingredients together and fill the tomatoes with the filling. Serve on the lettuce or watercress.
