Cheese Puffs

1 c. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
 
1/8. tsp cayenne
3 tbsp. cold butter
3 tbsp. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c iced water
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Cut in butter finely. Stir in cheese lightly with a fork. Stir in water with a fork until just blended.
Drop by tsp onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 450º.
I've made an assumption in the baking instructions, as the directions end at stir with a fork. I'm assuming these are tsp shaped balls given the title Cheese Puffs.
